Image Transfer to Wood Workshop Back Next Week!

Join us for our popular Image Transfer to Wood Workshop on Tuesday September 26th at 7p. 

Our instructor, Chelsea, has made a business of transferring her photos on to wood with her company Cuppa Fog for the past 5 years. We carry her beautiful San Francisco themed pieces in the shop. For this workshop she will  share her secret tips and tricks! 

In this class, Chelsea each teach you: wood preparation, image transfer application, removal of paper, distressed-finish techniques, sealant method, and how to apply hardware on the back of your new art. 

Image Transfer to Wood Workshop Includes:

-2 5x7-inch wood transfers (One image you will complete in class, and the other you will start in class and take home to finish)

-Vintage-themed San Francisco photos*

-All art materials

This two hour class also includes wine and snacks and a discount on merchandise in the store that night. No experience needed - all levels welcome!

If you are using your own photos we recommend good contrast and high resolution digital files. We advise you to stay away from portraits (people or animal), as they are tougher to make sure the distressing doesn’t happen over important parts like faces. Holiday Image Transfer to Wood Workshop Recap

We love hosting Chelsea from Cuppa Fog for her Image Transfer to Wood Workshop. For the holidays we thought it would be fun to do mini pieces to give as gifts for the holidays or turn into ornaments for the tree. I was amazed by the photography from our students. Join us for our special Holiday Image Transfer to Wood Workshop on Thursday December 8th, 2016 at 7p. 

Our instructor, Chelsea has made a business of transferring her photos on to wood with her company Cuppa Fog for the past 4 1/2 years. We carry her beautiful San Francisco themed pieces in the shop. For this workshop she will  share her secret tips and tricks!

In this class you will use your own photos to make 6 mini wood transfers (2.5 x 3 inches) that are perfect to give as gifts for the holidays or turn into ornaments for your tree.  You can use the same image multiple times (perfect for gift giving to Mom, Grandma, friends, etc) or up to 6 different ones to keep all for yourself...the choice is yours!*

Chelsea each teach you: Wood preparation, image transfer application, removal of paper, distressed-finish techniques, sealant method, and how to apply hardware on the back of your new art. You will complete 3 pieces in class and have 3 to finish at home.
