Join us Saturday, March 20th at 11am for our new Beeswax Wrap Workshop with instructor Cara Corey. Save money and reduce plastic waste by making your own natural reusable food wraps with fabric and melted beeswax. These handy wraps replace plastic wrap and baggies and can be made in a variety of shapes and sizes for sandwiches, bowl covers, and more. You can also add button closures to your wraps, if you like.
This 1-hour class will take place via Zoom and includes a kit with enough materials for 4 wraps that will be mailed to you.
The Kit Includes:
A curated selection of 4 colorful modern fabrics
Beeswax and jojoba oil mixture
Parchment sheets
Full instructions
Needle, thread & buttons for optional button closures
You will need to have an iron (basic, nothing fancy) and a piece of foil to protect it from wax.
