New Moon Tarot Card Workshop

Join gather on Sunday June 2nd at 11a for our New Moon Tarot Card Workshop with Alejandra Luisa León of The Lioness Oracle. In this class you will:

• Learn about Gemini, the sign of this New Moon

• Learn about the moon's cycle, and how to work with the New Moon

• Learn about the Lovers major arcana card

• Learn the specific astrological influences of the day

• Be assisted in giving yourself a New Moon Tarot reading

Please bring a journal, pen, and Tarot deck of your choice. All levels welcome, and beginners encouraged!

Alejandra has been studying and reading the Tarot for 17 years. She is the creator of The Lioness Oracle Tarot, a deck she collaged by hand with found paper images. In a class with her you can expect to feel welcomed and safe no matter what your current level of expertise is. She resides in Oakland with her kitties Mina and Ziggy.

This two hour class includes mimosa and light brunch snacks. You’ll even get a discount at everything at Dandelion Post (where our studio is located) while you’re there! Be sure to sign soon, spaces will fill up fast.

Yule Celebration Tarot Workshop

Join us Thursday December 14th for  a Yule Celebration Tarot Workshop. We will be welcoming Alejandra León Wolfe Rocha, of The Lioness Oracle to teach this magical class. 

In this class you will:

• Find out why December is the perfect time to take stock of the past year, and integrate all you have experienced

• Learn which cards in the Tarot correspond to the season of Winter and celebration

• Be assisted in giving yourself a special Winter Solstice reading and deciphering its messages

For this class you will need a journal, pen, and Tarot deck. Beginners welcome!

Join us Thursday July 13th, 2017 for a special Tarot Card Workshop. We will be welcoming Alejandra Leon Wolfe Rocha, of the Lioness Oracle to teach this magical class. Our shop will be transformed into a beautiful sanctuary filled with tapestry, crystals, and candles. 

In this class you will:

• Delve into the realm of The Wands Suit in the Tarot, and gain a deeper understanding of their meanings.
• Learn about the symbolism of the Fire Element, and how it relates to our life path.
• Find out which Major Arcana cards relate to the Fire Element, and what they mean.
• Be assisted in pulling cards and deciphering their meanings.

For this class you will need a journal, pen, and Tarot deck. Beginners welcome!!

Join us Thursday January 19th, 2017 for our Tarot Card Workshop. We will be welcoming Alejandra Leon Wolfe Rocha, otherwise known as the Lioness Oracle to teach this introductory beginner class with a focus on New Year intentions. Our shop will be transformed into a beautiful sanctuary filled with tapestry, crystals, and candles. Alejandra will share the history or tarot, her tips for reading into the cards, and assist every student with their own three card draw in which they will discover clues to best manifest their intentions for the New Year. 

Alejandra lives in Oakland and has been studying tarot since she was 17 after she met a special tarot card reader that could only be found through word of month. Soon after this magical meeting her father gifted her a tarot card deck he purchased in the 70's. 

Please bring your own tarot card deck and a journal. 

This two hour class also includes wine and snacks and a discount on merchandise in the store that night. No experience needed- all levels welcome!

1 year anniversary party recap!

Thank you so much for everyone who attended our 1 year anniversary party last night! We were overwhelmed by the amount of friends who come and showed their support. We went home with such a feeling of love! The shop wouldn't be possible with our amazing artists, customers, and friends. Here are a few pictures from the night!

FREE Tarot Card Readings at gather's 1 Year Anniversary Party!

We are busy preparing for our 1 year anniversary party this week! The party happens Thursday July 23rd and we've got lots of fun surprises up our sleeve. The first is we will have Mary Evans from Spirit Speak Tarot on hand doing free tarot card readings! Have you ever had a reading done? We're newbies but are so excited to try it out. She'll be on hand all night so bring your friends and join in on the fun!
