Small Business Saturday was started in 2010 to celebrate supporting local small businesses. This year will be our 4th year of participating and we couldn't be more excited! We were so grateful for those who shop at our little store so we want to thank you for supporting us and our makers! Join us Saturday November 25th for a special Pop Up and day of fun! Here's what's going on:

-Local florist Rust and Flourish will be popping up with beautiful handmade wreaths perfect for adorning your door this holiday season. She's also bringing beautiful plants to brighten up your office and home this winter.

-Local pastry and confection company Le Dix-Sept will be joining us with her delicious fresh baked pastries and nougats. They make a delightful treat for breakfast! Make sure you come before she sells out!

-Local clothing company, AsA will be bringing a special curated rack of their beautiful one-of-a-kind pieces. Each garment is a work of art that has been slowly woven by hand or sewn from vintage fabrics by Oakland designer Tawny Holt.

-We will be giving away FREE tote bags to the first 20 shoppers

-Enjoy a FREE cup of cider to warm up while shopping

-Enter in our raffle to win a gift basket full of goodies made by our local and independent artists. Also included in the gift basket are 4 tickets to ANY show at the New Conservatory Theatre Center! How amazing is that?!

With Mother's Day fast approaching (this Sunday!) we've decided to put together a little gift guide to give you a few ideas that your mama will love!

Colorful socks from Little River Sock Mill (anyone else see their feature in the NY Times Style section?)

A dainty necklace from Nikki Montoya that she'll never want to take off.

Don't forget the card! We've got new ones from Live Love Studio where each purchase provides one meal to a hungry tummy in East Tennessee.

Temporary gold tattoos from Oh Hello Friend because they are o so much fun.

A spot in our Perfume Workshop on Thursday May 19th.  She'll learn all about the history of perfume and leave with a bottle of her own custom scent.

Beautiful hair ties

A linen dress from Bridge and Burn for Summer.

Ceramic Amulet to always keep her safe.

A fun color of nail polish from Floss Gloss.

We've got lots more in the shop so stop by and let us help you put together the ultimate gift!

Loved seeing old friends and making new ones at last night's holiday block party!

Woah- did we have a fun night at the Hayes Valley Holiday Block Party! We loved hosting some of our favorite vendors for a mini pop up. It's always fun to meet the artists and shop an expanded selection of their wares. Such a great way to kick off December! If you missed it, check out our website for holiday gifts or stop by the shop where we are receiving new merchandise everyday!
